As governments and public administrations increasingly rely on digital technologies to deliver services and manage sensitive data, the need for robust cybersecurity measures in their infrastructure has never been more pronounced. 

As use of certified solutions reduce cybersecurity risks and enhance the robustness of the infrastructure and the digital services, it should not be uncommon to find that public procurement procedures require or recommend to the providers to have their solutions certified under one EU Certification Schemes.
